INTRODUCTION
These are the Terms & Conditions of Sale applicable to on-line purchases from Alexander COBB®. These conditions should also be read in conjunction with Alexander COBB® general website terms and conditions of use.

These terms and the laws of Switzerland, Europe apply to all transactions for the purchase of Alexander COBB® products from Alexander COBB® through its web site at www.alexandercobb.com These terms represent the complete agreement between Alexander COBB® and the buyer covering the sale of products from this site. Except for terms implied by applicable legislation, Alexander COBB® does not offer or agree to any conditions, guarantees or representations relating to the quality, description or characteristics of the products other than those set out in these terms. The buyer’s completion of the order form on this site will constitute an offer to the buyer to purchase products Alexander COBB®. All orders are subject to acceptance by Alexander COBB®.

PRICES
The prices to be paid by the buyer for all products will be Alexander COBB®’s current selling price on the date of receipt by Alexander COBB® of the order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time. All orders will attract a delivery charge as set out on the delivery charges page of the sheckout.

Alexander COBB® reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the buyer.

Delivery charges to the nominated address will be advised to the buyer on the delivery charges screen and on the checkout: shopping summary screen.

VOUCHERS / PROMOTIONAL COUPONS
From time to time Alexander COBB® presents customers with vouchers, and these may be used/redeemed on shop online to reduce order values. Only one voucher may be used at a time. Vouchers must be used prior to their expiry date, and in accordance with the conditions issued with that voucher. Discount vouchers can not be used in conjunction with any other sales discounts, promotional offers or products on sale unless the specific terms relating to the promotional discount codes state that you can combine the promotional discount code with other offers.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
If a product is “out of stock” when Alexander COBB® processes an order, Alexander COBB® will contact the buyer to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.

ORDER DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
All orders made by the buyer under this agreement must be placed using the webpages on this site and must specify the information requested, including (but without limitation):

(a) Quantity and description of products
(b) The full street address to which the product is to be delivered
(c) Current billing address to which credit card statements are sent.

The Buyer must complete all information requested on this website and credit card payment sites for the order to be processed by Alexander COBB®.

Alexander COBB®. is not responsible and does not bear any costs incurred in the country of the customer, customs, taxes and all other costs incurred in obtaining the goods / delivery to the buyer, the buyer is obliged to bear himself.

Alexander COBB® will not accept orders:

(a) From trade customers who are buying Products for resale;
(b) If the buyer does not offer to pay by one of the credit cards listed in this website; or
(c) If the buyer’s credit card provider does not confirm the payment.

Alexander COBB® will send the buyer an e-mail acknowledging the products ordered as soon as possible after the buyer places an order. If Alexander COBB® does not accept the buyer’s order for any reason, it will inform the buyer by email in the same manner.

DELIVERY
Delivery of a product will occur between 2-12 business days (standard shipping) after acceptance of an order. A buyer cannot arrange collection of orders from Alexander COBB® either in-person or via alternative courier.

Once the goods have left the Alexander COBB® distribution center, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure that your address details are correct. If selecting the courier freight method, we recommend sending the goods to your work address where someone is present to take delivery of your order.

The buyer acknowledges that Alexander COBB® may, from time to time, be subject to production, delivery or other unforeseen delays and that Alexander COBB® may allocate distribution of products ordered among its customers at its sole discretion.

If buyer’s order has not been delivered within a reasonable time (4-6 week), the buyer should first refer to Alexander COBB® e-mail support@alexandercobb.com. In case of express delivery service, by entering the tracking number on the official sitewww.dhl.com the buyer can see the delivery status of their order. In most cases the un-delivery order is waiting collection at the buyer’s local post office. If the product is lost in transit please contact Alexander COBB® support@alexandercobb.com

In case of express delivery service, a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the products, Alexander COBB®’s delivery agent will leave an “unable to deliver” card at the address and the buyer should follow the directions on that card to obtain delivery of the products.

Alexander COBB® reserves the right to make partial delivery of an Order. Please check the delivery address prior to placing order, once an order leaves our distribution center, we are unable change or redirect the delivery address.

PAYMENT
Payment for products purchased from Alexander COBB® via the site can be made only by PayPal system using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Giropay, Express checkout, Pay Pal payment methods.

Credit card information submitted by the buyer will be verified by the credit card provider, and the buyer will be advised if their order has been accepted. The buyer agrees to submit to Alexander COBB® such information as may be reasonably requested by Alexander COBB® or the credit card provider for the authorization and verification of its credit card purchases.

Please note that buyer credit card numbers and details are not processed or retained on Alexander COBB® systems. Credit card providers may activate additional security measures, such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode on your credit card (requiring an additional password). We have no control or access to credit card authentication systems. For all credit card issues you must contact your bank or credit card provider.

Alexander COBB® reserves the right to exercise its lawful remedies if a dispute arises over payment through the buyer’s credit card provider. In particular, but without limitation, if the buyer’s credit card provider rejects a payment when due, Alexander COBB® at its discretion may delay or cancel delivery of orders placed by the buyer.

Alexander COBB® may also offset and deduct from any refund due to the buyer all sums owed by the buyer to Alexander COBB®. If the buyer’s account is placed in collection, Alexander COBB® will be entitled to claim all reasonable expenses for collection, including legal fees incurred in connection therewith.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
If the buyer wishes to cancel an order prior to shipment, the buyer must contact Alexander COBB® Shop Online via email support@alexandercobb.com and Alexander COBB® will endeavour to accommodate the buyer’s request provided the merchandise has not been shipped. If the buyer’s entire order is cancelled prior to shipment Alexander COBB® will apply a credit to the buyer’s credit card and may also apply a cancellation fee.

FREIGHT METHODS
Alexander COBB® will arrange delivery of all croducts to the customer using its nominated freight carriers. A buyer must not arrange its own courier to collect the products from Alexander COBB®.

INCORRECT SUPPLY OF ORDER
If due to a distribution center of Alexander COBB® or other error on the part of Alexander COBB®, the Buyer receives a product which does not conform to its order, the buyer must contact Alexander COBB® within 7 days of receipt of the product and may purchase a replacement product from the site, after returning the original product to Alexander COBB®, provided that the returned product is in new condition with its original packaging unopened.

Before returning a product, the buyer must obtain from Alexander COBB® authorization to return it and Alexander COBB® will cover delivery expences.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Claims for alleged damage to products caused in transit from Alexander COBB® to the destination specified by the buyer must be notified to Alexander COBB® as stated below within 48 hours of receipt of delivery and the consignment note must be marked as “Received Damaged”.

The buyer must contact the Alexander COBB® by e-mail support@alexandercobb.com and obtain authorisation.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Alexander COBB® may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Buyers should therefore periodically visit this page to familiarise themselves with any such revisions.

GUARANTEE AND RETURN

One more reason for shopping-30 day money back guarantee! If you are not satisfied with our Alexander COBB web shop, feel free to return your merchandise, and we will refund your money! You can only return the articles exclusively purchased via our Alexander COBB web shop within the period of 30 days from the date when the payment was made. The condition for refund is that products are returned in their original packing, unworn, and without any trace of damage.

Please ensure you mail merchandise in appropriate packaging to protect it from damage during transportation. Before you returning our merchandise, contact us on via support@alexandercobb.com

We recommend that you send your package with expedited mail (DHL) to achieve faster and safer delivery, and with that to obtain a tracking number that could help you track your package. We advise that you are responsible for all delivery costs of returned merchandise. These mailing costs will be deducted from the original refund amount, if not paid.

After we receive your merchandise mailed this way, within 7 (seven) days from the receiving date, we will process your request and notify you in writing. You can decide to use the refunded amount for a future online purchase. We can also issue the refunded amount as a gift card. .All refunds are credited to your credit card as per the information provided on the refund form.

In the case of an order in which you have received free shipping, and the partial refund reduces the total amount of the invoice to the amount for which the free shipping is not granted, the customer returns the amount equal to the shipping cost for his country, as well as all transaction and bank fees previously mentioned.

In the case of a refund in which free shipping was granted at the time of purchase, the shipping price (depending on the size of the shipment) and the bank fee/PayPal (5%) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Please, always refer to the sizing chart when buying our products. In case of a return caused by the wrong size, all shipping costs and bank fees (5% – transaction and conversion fee) are paid for by the buyer and the money is returned only when the product gets delivered to us.
